AISA has an excellent rapport with all schools and sporting clubs and associations and can arrange a series of matches for training teams as well as coaching sessions with high profile and seasoned coaches.

From the time the team arrives, right through to departure all the worry is taken from the visiting coach or manager.

The Sunshine Coast weather is agreeable all year round and the ambience and relaxed lifestyle of Caloundra is perfect for sports training.

For overseas teams, AISA offers exposure to our indigenous culture and English lessons if required

University of the Sunshine Coast

In pride of place amongst our alliance partners is the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC). Enjoying a wide open, rural-style campus, where several families of kangaroos roam free, USC is just ten minutes from AISA. Participants in the summer camps will benefit from orientation sessions at USC, and, more specifically, from lectures by the team at the Centre for Healthy Activities, Sport and Exercise (CHASE) – a Research Centre of the Sport and Exercise Science Department.

Associate Professor Brendan Burkett, Director of CHASE, was the sports science consultant at the highly successful Australian swimming team at the Athens Paralympics, and is himself a Gold Medal Paralympics winner.

Sea English Academy International

Sea English Academy was established in January 2003 and is committed to provide the highest level of excellence in all areas of English language training, education and recruitment. It is an accredited Registered Training Organization and a member of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training. For our Hong Kong students, Sea English will emphasize practical English, helping them use English in everyday situations, resulting in increased confidence in the students’ use of English as a natural communication medium.

Caloundra High School

Students and parents will also be given an orientation session at Caloundra High School. The School is fast developing relations with international schools around the world and is a significant attraction for international students wishing to study in Australia. Our Hong Kong students will have the opportunity to interact with the Australian students academically and on the sports fields, contributing to cultural understanding and linguistic development.
